Enforcement Action Assistance

This office may take administrative enforcement actions including but not limited to:  taking his/her income tax refund, referring him/her for driver's license suspension, freezing his/her bank account or insurance settlement, referring him/her to the credit bureau, withholding lottery winnings, and other enforcement provided by Rhode Island law.  These actions will take place automatically.
