Child Support Guidelines

The Rhode Island Child Support Schedule was updated in July 2023.

In accordance with Federal and State law that requires the State's Child Support Guidelines to be reviewed every four years, the Child Support Guideline Chart Income Schedule has been updated.

Per Administrative Order 23-02, the effective date of the revised guideline is July 1, 2023.
