Automated Voice Response System

Have a question about your Child Support case? The Child Support Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System has answers to frequently asked questions.

If you do not have a child support case you can request an application through the automated IVR System.

Use your case number and PIN to access your case-specific information including recent payment history, court dates, and other case information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Contact Caseworker Directly

Cases are broken down into different case types. There are four types of child support cases: Paternity, Establishment, Enforcement, or Interstate.

Read the description for the case type, and then decide if that sounds like the category your case fits.

In the table below you will see a column titled "Cases Beginning With" and "Cases Ending In". Determine the worker named on the row that has the section of the alphabet for the Non-Custodial Parent of your case.

You will see the child support case worker's name, direct phone number, and worker ID.

Paternity Case Workers

If both parents' names are not on the birth certificate for the child, and there is no active child support order, the following case worker is assigned to your case alphabetically by the non-custodial parent's last name as follows:
